Maya Jade is an emerging Jamaican-​Canadian artist based in Vancouver, ​BC. She developed a passion for ​singing at a young age as she ​gravitated towards music classes and ​camps, choir, and learning how to ​play the piano. Maya naturally shifted ​towards creating her own music with ​the help of her brother, who ​produces many of her songs.

Maya’s calming and sultry delivery ​and her R&B and pop sound is ​inspired by artists like Sade, Mereba ​and Jorja Smith. With lots of new ​songs on the way, Maya is ready to ​further establish herself in the ​Vancouver R&B scene.
